Even when I suddenly had a shortened timeline, Debbie was calm, professional, and fun to go condo-shopping with! I could really count on her for her knowledge of the area, expertise in the whole process, connections with local lenders, title companies, and service people, and to communicate with me in a clear and timely manner throughout this whole crazy and stressful process. She also got to know me and my preferences after a while of looking, and several times helped me realize things that I couldn't see in an objective way. For example, I really liked this one condo because they had remodeled it so well. But it was 540 sq. ft, barely any storage, and right near a walkway. I definitely need storage and would have become claustrophobic and annoyed very quickly if she didn't snap me out of it! Sometimes it's hard to see the bigger picture when you are stressed, and boy was I glad for her sensibility. I would absolutely recommend and use Debbie again for any future home purchases.
